I believe every business should read this infographic put together by the National Research Institute Inc. Some of these statistics will (and should) blow you away! It is extremely important to make sure you are appreciating your current clients.  There are so many cost effective ideas out there to show your clients that you are grateful for their business (and to keep your business front of mind)!

There has never been a better time to utilise a Facebook page for your business. As at the end of 2011 Facebook had 845 million active users posting 60 million status updates per day. 200 million users were added in one year.

Lets just get to the point straight away – delivering an experience over and above what is expected lifts a business way above its competition. In this incredibly competitive world where recession is a recurring reality and markets are over serviced, time and again success is defined by the experience businesses provide. I fail to understand why many businesses don’t go the extra mile to keep their customers happy – or rectify a negative situation.

Our daily lives are made up of a continuous assortment of experiences - many of these we pay the privilege for. For every event in our lives we evaluate how we feel about that experience. Once money has exchanged hands our investment in that transaction is increased and often we change the way in which we evaluate that experience.
